From Tokyo Dome City, I made another pilgrimage of Moon is Beautiful (月がきれい) at Kawagoe in Saitama Prefecture. Kawagoe is known by the tourist as the "Little Edo" near Tokyo and also, the main setting of the series.
All of the locations were pinpointed thanks to @touyoko_com's blog.

Kawagoe Hikawa Shrine (川越氷川神社)
I happened to be there during the Wind Chime Festival therefore tons of people were visiting in this shrine. Kawagoe Hikawa Shrine is also known for matchmaking and relationship so we see Kotaro and Akane visiting this place.
Hikawa Bridge (氷川橋)
At the back of Kawagoe Hikawa Shrine is the Shingashi River. Some bridges along the river were featured in the anime and one of these is the Hikawa Bridge.
Taya Wier (田谷堰)
Dokan Bridge (道灌橋)
Takushi Park (濯紫公園)
The resting space is usually been featured in the anime.
Bridge near Rokutsuka Inari Shrine (六塚稲荷神社)
Kumano Shrine (熊野神社)
The shrine was on renovation when I visited this place.
Kashiya Yokocho (菓子屋横丁)
Kurazukuri Zone (蔵造りの町並み)
One of the main landmarks of Kawagoe.
Taisho-roman Street (大正浪漫夢通り)
Toki no Kane (時の鐘)
Renkeiji Temple (蓮馨寺)
Kawagoe Hikawa Festival, Kawagoe's traditional Japanese festival, held annually on the third weekend of October. The parade route goes in front of Renkeiji Temple.
